RuneScape Font - How to install

1. Download the font

Download the font you want, by clicking on the Download button next to it, on the Downloads page. When prompted, save the file to your desktop so that you can find it quickly after downloading.

2. Open the compressed file

Use a popular piece of compression software like WinZip, WinRAR or 7-Zip, to uncompress the file. If you've installed such a piece of software, you can double-click on the file to open it with the software, or right-click it and use one of the extract options in the given context menu. Extract ALL files inside to the desktop.

3. Run the install file

Read the readme text file if you like. Make sure that the font file (the third file) is in the SAME directory as the install file. Now, double-click on the install file on the desktop to run it. It will install the font in the Windows Fonts directory for you.

ALTERNATIVE: You can also install the font by right-clicking on the font file and selecting the Install option. If such an option is not available, you can install the font manually by copying it to the "C:\Windows\Fonts\" directory yourself.

4. Use and enjoy!

You can delete the files on the desktop now, including the font file (the actual file is now in your Windows Fonts directory).

You may need to restart any applications in which you want to use the font, if they don't list or recognise the font at first.
