This is the RuneScape Standard font, created by MaxTheDragon. This font is used in RuneScape, the popular MMORPG by Jagex Ltd. This edition is the font that is used primarily in the player chat window (as normal) and in the various context menu's (as bold).
Apparently, this font doesn't work in some applications due to the fact that it's a system (.fon) font. It does work in MS Paint. I will add a TTF version soon.
